In order to schedule a service and secure your appointment time, full payment will be required at the time of booking.  Please do your best to notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make your session, or need to re-schedule. I understand that things come up and changes have to be made last minute, however you forfeit your payment and ability to reschedule if less than 24 hours notice is given prior to the start of your appointment.   Understand that space was reserved for you and by not attending your appointment you are taking that space from another.  All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. Please be on time for your reading.  If you are late to your reading (including technical set up for phone / Zoom readings) the ability to add extra time will be at Kelly's sole discretion, based on her schedule and prior commitments. Refunds will not be provided to compensate you for time lost, if you are late.  By scheduling a service with Kelly and not attending your session, you are considered a "No Show", and therefore you forfeit your payment.

By accepting recordings of your session, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, transfer, create, derivative work from, sell or re-sell any content or information without the expressed written permission of Kelly Ferguson. During events or workshops with Kelly Ferguson you may be filmed, photographed or recorded and may appear in any media format or promotion and/or publicity.
