2. Select Your Session Date & Time
Choose the date and time you would like to have your session from the calendar provided.
Please note: if you do not see a date/time that works for you please contact Kelly via email upon booking to check for further availability. Session times are flexible and it's rare that we can't find a time that works!
NOTE: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required (via email) from the start time of your session in order to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. Please see Kelly's terms and conditions policy for more details.
3. Check Your Email For Confirmation
Check your email for a booking confirmation and your zoom link.
4. The Live Session
At the booked time, click on your Zoom link and join Kelly, live.
Whether you are having a psychic, mediumship or a Shamanic healing experience, we recommend you arrive ready, relaxed and open minded. It is also suggested you find a private, quiet enviroment where you will be comfortable and not disturbed, if possible.

Recordings of your session are available for purchase. You can pre-order your recording when you book your session, or you can purchase the recording after your session has ended.
If you wish to order a recording AFTER your session, please contact Kelly ASAP after your session because recordings are automatically deleted in Zoom a few days after your session, and may not be recoverable after that point.
Once requested, recordings will be delivered to you via email within 3-7 days, via "We Transfer". "We Transfer" is a safe, reliable file transfer service Kelly uses to deliver all recordings. You will receive a "download" in the email to download your reading. Please save your recording on your own personal device. Storing the email will not store your reading. You must download your reading to save it.
Readings are private and for individuals. Other people can not "sit in" on your session, nor can session minutes be shared or split among others. If there is a reason you would like a group session, please contact Kelly to discuss. Some exceptions are made.
You can re-schedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours from the start time of your appointment. To re-schedule or cancel your appointment please email us at: kelly@kellyfergusonreadings.com
Failure to contact Kelly to re-schedule or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice from the start of your appointment will result in the forfeit of your payment and session.
